                  -*For orders above a certain value, we may offer free standard shipping as a courtesy to our customers.*

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we have established the following return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

 

**Return Eligibility**

-Returns Process: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at 215-208-1423 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.

-Case-by-Case Basis: *Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.* We will work with you to understand the nature of the return and provide guidance on the appropriate course of action.

 

-Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

**Non-Returnable Items**

The following items are non-returnable:

1. Customized or personalized products, as they are specially crafted to your specifications.

2. Items that have been damaged or used by the customer.

3. Clearance or sale items, as they are sold in as-is condition.

**Return Process** 

-Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

1. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

2. Include a copy of your original order receipt inside the package.

3. Ship the return to:

**Refunds**

-Refunds: Will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

                  -*Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.*

 

**Exchanges**

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

 

**Damaged or Defective Items**

 

-Damages per Delivery: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at 215-208-1423 immediately. We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging to assess the situation. Damages will be addressed on a per-delivery basis.
